How it works

The Home Service Hub is a lead marketplace, not a call centre. Homeowners request online. Trades pay only when they take a job. We stay out of the work once you are connected.

If you need a tradie

  1. Step 1

    You request online

    Choose a trade, suburb, urgency and a short description. If your job is not on the list, pick Other home service and tell us what you need. Submit the form — it is free.

  2. Step 2

    We match a local pro

    We send the brief to approved tradies who cover that trade and area. Customer contact details stay hidden until someone accepts.

  3. Step 3

    They contact you

    The matched tradie gets in touch using the mobile or email you left. You sort the job directly with them.

If you are a tradie

    Apply and get approved

    Tell us your trades, suburbs, ABN and that you hold the right licence and insurance. We review buyers by hand at this stage.

  2. Step 2

    See a new lead

    You get the suburb, trade, urgency and job note. No name, mobile or email until you accept and pay.

  3. Step 3

    Accept, pay, then call the customer

    First to pay wins the exclusive lead. After payment you unlock full contact details and you run the job yourself.

  • We do not publish a public phone number or click-to-call button.
  • We do not put homeowners through an automated switchboard.
  • We do not sit in the middle of the job once a tradie is matched.
  • We do not sell shared leads to three vans at once in this MVP.
